July 2021: I will start with the positives because they won't take long then tell you why you should not stay at this property. If all you are looking for is a house close to the beach and with a private pool this is your house. If you care anything about cleanliness or a well maintained property don't stay here. We had several (6-8) broken windows upon arrival that the failed to disclose to us prior to arrival. They had been taped and covered up by closing the blinds. We called to tell them about the windows we were told they had some hail damage and they wished they could make it up to us. Nothing was compensated, discounted or refunded. When we looking closer at the house we found the following and wish I could add pictures this review to let you know the severity of some of the items. -Broken tiles in the kitchen -Dirty cabinets and that was missing hardware. -Broken dinning and bar chairs/filthy seats to the chairs -Siding that hasdfallen off and and laying on the balcony -Clothing on the balcony from the previous guests -Empty dog food containers located in 2-3 locations in the house upon arrival -Dirty and stained carpet throughout the house -Yellow duct tape that was holding the attic/storage doors closed. -Shower ceiling with mold and missing drywall (I am telling large amount of mold) -Dirty shower floors with poorly maintained grout and caulking -Dirty walls/lamps/ceiling fans, light fixtures/return vents -Cigarette ashes on the outside tables -Dirty charcoal grill -The smell of the garbage cans upon leaving the house everyday because they are located right outside your departure door. On our last couple of days during our stay we were approached by the property manager asking if they could replace the storm damage windows the next morning, when we refused due to the inconvenience my husband was confronted and cursed out by the property owner because we had said "no." The construction crew then showed up the next day to try to replace the windows at 8am. We then again had to talk to the property manager so, they would not replace them during our last day. The property manager then disclosed that the other rentals were getting a discount on there stays due to the damage and the discount was never offered to us or were we every offered partial refund or compensation. Great location, dirty house, poorly maintained property! Do not waste your money, you will be disappointed.

What an amazing house! We had 24 ladies with us and everyone loved the house. There was plenty of room and we never felt crowded. The bedrooms were fantastic! The mattresses were amazing, everyone slept great. The huge kitchen was perfect and the double dining tables made dining and games a treat. The staff was so kind and helpful. The online pictures do not do it justice. The beach is pristine. We absolutely loved this house and would love to return. 5 stars for sure!!
