Casa Del Marina was built in 1983 and property amenities include large pool,fish cleaning station, 341 feet of canal water frontage, 22 boat slips and boat launch.This great condo is located in Orange Beach on Marina Road next to the Mobile Big Game Fishing Club and Orange Beach Marina. We have a premier location within a short distance to shopping, restaurants, marinas, and most of all the water. We are near it all: skiing, fishing, swimming and the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Guest can walk to Fishers at Orange Beach Marina or Tacky Jack's just down the street. There are several walking/running/biking trails near. Guest are welcome to bring their boat and keep it in one of our available boat slips on site. Owners and guests can launch boats on the grounds using our private boat launch. The center of activity for owners and guests at Casa Del Marina is the extra large swimming pool with a covered gazebo and barbeque grills. The condo has 22 boat slips and a covered fish cleaning station. This unit is two bedrooms and on the first floor. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and bathroom. The bathroom is a full bathroom with a tub and shower combination. The second bedroom has Full bed. The second bathroom is a full bathroom with a shower only. Guest have endless options on the fun to be had. The owners are local and are happy to assist renters with questions and concerns. There is public beach access less than 2 miles away. The nearest beach access is Cotton Bayou Public Beach Access. There is Wifi available and covered parking for two cars. No more than two cars are allowed at during a guest stay. If bringing a boat, the trailer must be parked off site. Boat trailers must be gone by checkout. They cannot stay on premises the day of your check out.
